3. Commission and Payment

  • 30% commission will be retained by Apan Mithila as a service fee.

  • Payouts will be processed within 7-10 business days after order completion and delivery confirmation.

  • All payments will be made via bank transfer or any agreed-upon method.

4. Product Listings

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product details, including price, description, and images.

  • Listings must comply with Apan Mithila’s guidelines and should not contain any offensive, illegal, or plagiarized content.

  • We reserve the right to modify or remove any product listing that violates our policies or harms the reputation of the platform.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for timely shipping of products once an order is received.

  • Vendors must use reliable courier services and provide tracking information.

  • Delays or failure in delivery may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Apan Mithila reserves the right to accept or reject return/refund requests based on the product condition and vendor policy.

  • In case of defective or wrong products, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement as per the return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Apan Mithila or its respective vendors.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
